Hallie Monroe is a graduate of the Pratt Institute with a BFA in Illustration. Her studio work has been in ceramics, photography, and silk screen. She began the Clear View Stained Glass Works twenty years ago and has received business and residential commissions, as well as conservation work for church and public spaces.

Hallie is the recipient of two Grants, Stained glass association of American and American Glass Guild Scholarship as well as a stipend from the New York Foundation of the Arts.
