Sister Helen, a well known figure in the Baltimore recovery community, was a School Sisters of Notre Dame educator for many years.  For the past eighteen years she has worked in the field of addiction and recovery.  She has been Program Director of a women’s and children’s half way house, and has been involved in retreat work as well as leading retreats for people in recovery over many years.  Sister Helen has been an integral part of DAWN, a women’s retreat group whose association with the Holy Trinity Spiritual Center precedes that of the JRR.
