All deposits are non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation the deposit can be transferred one time to a different program. This provision requires that a cancellation be made at least 30 days prior to a scheduled program.

Full payment is due 30 days prior to a scheduled program. Failure to do so, may result in the loss of the reservation.

Cancellations made 29 - 15 days prior to the scheduled program will result in St. Edmunds Retreat retaining 75% of the payment received.

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled program will result in St. Edmunds Retreat retaining the full amount of the payment received.

Transfer Deposits:

Program transfer deposits will be held for one calendar year. Deposits not used within this time will be forfeited to St. Edmund's Retreat.
