Enders Island has 3 primary ministries:
Featuring private retreats and an extensive array of programs open to people of all faiths: Speaker Series; Days of Recollection; and Mini, Weekend, and Week-long Retreats for men, women, clergy, married couples, and a variety of other groups. Bereavement programs are also available throughout the year for those mourning the death of a loved one.

Featuring weekly 12-step meetings at Fr. Joe's Place, a Recovery Residence for college-aged men, and the eastern Connecticut home of the CatholicPsych Institute. Every year, 11th Step Recovery Retreats are offered for men and women seeking to improve their conscious contact with God through prayer and meditation.
Enders Island welcomes everyone to enjoy the grounds whether or not they are participating in a program. The island provides all visitors the opportunity to come and enjoy the beauty of nature in a unique environment where people of all faith backgrounds have profoundly encountered God's presence. At Enders Island, visitors can find the peace and beauty that is frequently missed in the busyness of everyday life. The many gardens, pathways and shrines on the island provide opportunities for reflection and appreciation of what the poet Gerard Manly Hopkins called "the grandeur of God."
