Join us for a bright & exciting dinner of game prepared by Father Tom Hoar and Dr. Paul Benoit as we celebrate the harvest from our New England Fields and Forests. Each course will be paired with fine wines.

Special auction items will be presented after dinner!

Our Gourmet Game Dinner is a well-loved event and seating is limited, so be sure to register early!

Charcuterie Table

An array of Game Sausages including Venison, Wild boar, Elk and Pheasant,Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon, Artisanal Cheese, Seasoned Flat Breads & Crackers.  Sweetly Spiced Walnuts, Almonds, Pecans, Wild Turkey and Apricot Spring Rolls, Nuoc Cham Sauce

Elk shank simmered with Chicken Broth, Pinot Grigio, San Marzano Tomato & Winter Vegetables
